How do guests RSVP for the wedding?Guest may RSVP for this wedding online on this website. Please select the RSVP button at the top of this page or navigate to the RSVP page. Once there, follow the prompt to enter your last name to access your party’s invitation. This will bring up the guest names that are invited and on the list. Plus ones are not allowed unless otherwise allotted. Only guest who were formally invited will be able to RSVP.

Are we allowed to bring plus ones or guests who were not on the invitation?Please note that only individuals who received a personal invitation should RSVP on this website. Due to our wishes to keep the wedding as a smaller and more personal event, we are only able to accommodate guests who were formally invited. Only those who were specified and allotted a plus one will be allowed to bring a guest. If you have any questions about your invitation status, please contact Nick and Alli at nickba89@outlook.com.

What date should guests RSVP by?All guests should RSVP by April 15th, 2025.

What is the address and location for the wedding ceremony and reception? Are they Wheelchair accessible?The wedding ceremony and reception will be at the same venue which is The Quarry at Carrigan farms. This venue is in Mooresville, NC approximately 45 minutes north of Charlotte, NC. The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is located at 1213 Oak Ridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, NC, 28115. This venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking available at the venue?Yes, the Quarry has plenty of parking to accommodate guests.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?The wedding will be outdoors with the reception taken place under the pavilion on location.

Is there shuttle service available?We currently do not have shuttle service set up for guests.

Are there a wedding block or rooms or specific hotels setup for the wedding?Yes, there are 3 different hotels that have a block of rooms set up for guests. The wedding party will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at Mooresville. The other two hotel blocks are for the TownePlace Suites and the Home2Suites. More information about these hotels can be found on the Travel and Stay page of this website.

Is there a shuttle service provided by the hotels?The hotels do not provide shuttle service for guests.

What is the dress code for this wedding?This is event requires formal wedding attire.

When are guests to arrive to the venue?Guests may begin to arrive at the venue between 4:15-5:15pm.

What time will the ceremony take place?The ceremony will take place at 5:15pm and should last 30 minutes.

What time will the cocktail hour be?The cocktail hour will be from 6:00pm-7:00pm where h’ours d’voures will be served and the bar will be open.

What time does the reception begin?The reception will begin after the cocktail hour at 7:00pm. Guests will be seated, and we will introduce the wedding party. Once seated and the wedding party is at their tables, guests will be directed to the buffet by a specific order. Best man and Matron of Honor speeches will be during dinner. After dinner, guests are able to dance, party, and celebrate the marriage of Nick and Alli.

Will there be other activities for the day after the wedding and weekend?Yes, the wedding party and any guests who wish to remain for a day or two after the wedding can partake in the activities we have planned in Lake Norman. This would include a day on the lake, site seeing in town, parks, and recreation and more.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?The wedding will be buffet style and will include h’ours d’ovures, (insert menu here).

Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies?Yes, we have options for a vegetarian meal as well as for those who have specific food allergies. Please contact Nick and Alli prior to the wedding to make the proper accommodations.

Will there be an open bar?Yes, of course! There will be an open bar for all guests for both beer, wine, and spirits from 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Am I allowed to take photos and post on social media?Yes, absolutely!

Am I able to make song requests?Wouldn’t be a wedding without requests!
